
We must be mindful of thoughts in daily life, at all times.
Besides the contemplation on suffering, emptiness, impermanence, and egolessness, we must cultivate an altruistic intention towards people, animals, even tables and chairs.
Life is too short, impermanent, and transient. We should optimize it to accumulate meritorious conditions and wisdom.
