- Part of "The Spiritual Ecology" Series, authored by Master Hsin Tao
The origin of all lives stems from the innate spirituality that intersperses all lives for interconnections that link all together and hardly ever break down. We are an integral part of one another, with our similarity as a precondition for harmony, and our differences the ticket to attractive exoticness. Nothing is a stand-alone per se and a true friendship equals a harmonious status quo of a diversified symbiosis which is an embodiment of the original living community that thrives on respect, inclusion, and Love.
Over the years of interfaith dialogue, I have seen the embodiment of diverse life wisdoms. As with Sudhanakumara, everyone is my friend, and everyone is my teacher. Today, the destruction of the ecological environment, the impact of climate change are becoming more and more serious, the epidemic is raging, and the political atmosphere between superpowers is tense. At this moment, we need to unite the forces of all faiths to preserve the ecology and world harmony.
Through the profound friendship between religions, we aspire to connect our shared compassion and wisdom, guiding everyone back to spirituality and jointly promoting spiritual ecology education. With the mission of protecting life and the ecosystem, we will collaborate and dedicate ourselves to achieving a peaceful, sustainable planet for humanity and the environment. It is our sincere hope that all our friends and peers alike will realize once and for all that all forms of existence belong as part and parcel to that one collective origin of a living community, and that we are all interconnected via spirituality, which keeps everyone and everything in a permeating loop.
